lizard brooch with diamond ...pls help?

Question: what adhesive/coat should i use to prevent the diamond from falling...
other suggestions appreciated (^-^)

and yes its real diamond..


Answer: Try using Epoxy Adhesive! That stuff is great for gluing smooth surfaces (the metal) against another slippery surface (the back of the diamond). It is a flexible glue when dried so it helps keep things glued together even if its under a not enough stress.
