Steinberg & Futch

VALDOSTA — Dorothy Susan Futch and William Sherwood Steinberg were combined in religious matrimony Dec. 19, 2009, at Estate Avenue Synergetic Methodist Church with the Rev. Tommy Mason officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Allen Futch, III of Valdosta. Her grandparents are the modern development Mr. J.F. Unsullied, Chief, and the recent Mrs. Harlowe S. Snow-white, and the fashionable Dr. and Mrs. T.A. Futch, Younger, all of Thomasville.

The stable-lad’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. James Miller Steinberg of Valdosta. His grandparents are Mrs. Irma Lou Sherwood and the last J.C. Sherwood, Higher- ranking, and Mrs. Bertha Steinberg and the dilatory David C. Steinberg, Chief, all of Valdosta.

Guests were greeted at the church entr with red Christmas poinsettias and time-honoured garlands.

The chapel was decorated with Chrismon trees, wreaths, garlands and flowers. A good Christmas alignment held immaculate and red roses, festival greenery, belles of Ireland, hydrangeas and corpse-like father. Pews throughout the church were remarkable with copper containers, each holding a floating candle and red-letter day greenery. Bordering each candle in the church windows were neat branches, holly branches and red berries.
