This incomparable cameo brooch is by Karu Fifth Avenue. It starts with a filigree bow at the top with a oust fit together ribbon to a more grandiose setting with fresh window-pane cameo. Top to bottom it measures 4". and has a 1-1/2 " scope.  It is signed on the back Karu Fifth Avenue. I have not tried to review or smooth this up leaving that to the opportune customer.
