The annual CFDA style awards nominations are in and among the on the cards regulars — namely Marc Jacobs, Proenza Schouler and Tom Ford, there were delightfully nods for under age labels in the Swarovski Accessories Conniver of the Year sphere where Eddie Borgo, Fenton/Fallon’s Dana Lorenz and Alexander Wang will physiognomy off. With three all-role contenders, it’s strong to pick sides, but after a join run-ins with Borgo during dernier cri week, we’re rooting for the callow conspirator. Along with supporting beau girlish designers — a collaboration with Jen Kao and checking out Carlos Campos’ defeat 2010 anthology, Borgo’s concrete profession in the studio is paying off. We disposition the grow 2010 unpretentious cone bracelets (surprisingly eye-fetching in ruby red and sapphire) or the more disputatious prominent cuff. Coupled with, having Lauren Santo Domingo as a sometimes contemplate is a clever move too.
