NORTHAMPTON - As a Springfield maturity group introduces itself to Northampton, where it plans a high-profile stick out, one of its managing partners is answering questions about his past business dealings and slighting financial affairs.

Panteleakis, 46, of Springfield, is a managing ally of the OPAL Real Estate Group , which is poised to buy much of the campus of the Clarke Schools for Hearing and Spiel and redevelop it into luxury apartments.

While the company is owned by Peter A. Picknelly, P and president of Peter Pan Bus Lines, Panteleakis has been the face of the company in the Round Hill Street neighborhood, meeting and corresponding with neighbors about the planned project.

Our very edible friends and reputation rare gem dealers, Simon and Laurie Watt were in city this background weekend on a degree, counterfeited pretense.
