I recently started some high intencity workouts and was wondering?
Question: How covet will it take my body to get used to it? My legs are killing me!!!! Or will it always be like that?
Answer: Try to cut the acid buildup in your muscles. Drink lots of fluids, take antiinflammatories, finagle your muscles, take hot baths, keep moving (don't sit very long and watch tv) -- get up and enlarge and move around frequently. As long as you keep working out too much, too
