Follows the misadventures of Jack Ryder (voiced by Don McKellar), a sociology graduate who works at a number of outr jobs through a temp energy. In the first pep up, Jack suffered through such job experiences as being a mortuary artisan, rodent wrangler on the set of a James Link-esque moving picture produced altogether with rodents, and a tree-cache-pot in Bigfoot hinterlands.

Jack also worked as a ma in a yearning restaurant where something was plainly off the beam in the kitchenette, a shelter watchman in a huge-tech unwavering, an Eighties-mode affair overseer in a take-over ensemble, and a Christian gist-park wage-earner. Each event ended with Jack adding another chapter to his work, in which he is detailing his experiences.

Past master actor McKellar often pokes fun at himself in the show, portraying himself as a unproductive, hasty, r-starving actor. One experience parodied the 1999 vigorous-fighting flick picture show Being John Malkovich ), Christopher Plummer, Catherine O’Hara, The Barenaked Ladies, Scott Thompson, Rick Mercer, Leslie Nielson, Dave Foley, and Tom Fresh have appeared on the show.
